Servicing and Breakdowns

We will do our up most to get there within hours of the call or certainly will be there that day for breakdowns and emergencies. Servicing includes any Filter elements in the oil line (max two), a nozzle, all the necessary cleaning and calibration for your boiler to run as efficiently as possible, and left with an Oftec servicing report form for your records

Tank Replacement

Replacement of tanks can be difficult for the householder as this can cause the loss of a working boiler for upto 2 days, but with us we can keep your boiler going while replacing your tank to keep you with a warm house and hot water. Under todays standards and regulations the existing tank that you have, may have to be moved to a different location or and old steel tank replaced with a new plastic type will have to have a different support for the base from the original one. Heating oil is safe providing standards and regulations are completly adhered to. All old existing tanks are taken away from site with a duty of care certificate provided for your records if required.

Credit Crunch!

You may be feeling the pinch, but with the dark nights and cold weather, you'll still need to keep warm so Oil Fired Up will provide, within 5 miles of Reepham no call out fee what so ever between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Christmas, Easter and Bank holidays). You will only pay per hour or part of plus any materials used.
